But the most important thing is STRESS, try not to worry about it. I know it sounds hard but your not helping at all, stressing about your hair loss just makes it worse. With the proper cut and style you can always make it look better. Just try to look at the good things in life, like your health and family and friends. You can live with thinning hair, your family and friends don't love you because of your hair. And if your really concerned you always have the option of a hair piece of some sort.
